The British Mountaineering Council (BMC) is the national representative body for England and Wales that exists to protect the freedoms and promote the interests of climbers, hill walkers and mountaineers, including ski-mountaineers. It was by chance that Meagan found climbing growing up in Lake Mary, Florida back in 2001. From 2000-2010 he maintained AMGA Top-rope certification, and AMGA Single Pitch since 2007. It was developed to fit in the AMGA Rock program. Our rock climbing program consists of two paths: Guided climbing trips and technical/safety courses. The AMGA training and certifications are the only nationally and internationally recognized certifications in the United States for Climbing Instructors and Rock, Alpine and Ski Mountaineering Guides. Learn the skills necessary to become an AMGA Certified Single Pitch Instructor.
